Job Description
As a UX/UI Design Intern, you will play a crucial role in creating visually engaging and compelling design assets that drive customer engagement and conversions. You’ll work closely with our marketing and e-commerce teams to produce a wide range of digital assets and web designs.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and conceptualizing UX/UI design for e-commerce websites, and contribute to visual improvements.
- Create wireframes and prototypes to illustrate design concepts and improvements.
- Design responsive layouts for e-commerce pages.
- Develop engaging landing pages, infographics, website banners, and graphics for e-commerce websites.
- Create promotional materials, including email templates, social media assets, and online ads, such as Amazon catalogs.
- Optimize product images for web use to ensure fast loading times and high-quality visuals.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design assets, ensuring our visual identity is cohesive and recognizable.
- Ensure that all design assets align with our brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Design or a related field.
- 0 to 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
- Strong understanding of creative aspects of digital marketing.
- Proficiency in graphic design softwares such as Figma (preferred), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing your creativity & design work.
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices for web and mobile.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing designs.
